Should you leave anything on the aircraft or if your luggage has failed to arrive, please contact the airline concerned or the relevant handling agent.
If you have lost luggage or any other item in the airport building, please contact the Hamburg Welcome Center email@example.com. All lost property found at the airport will be stored there.
Opening hours may vary due to the current situation. Please contact us before collecting your lost property.
A service charge will apply at the pick up of the lost item:

|any kind of computer||20,- €|
|electrical device||10,- €|
|ID card/passport||10,- €|
|other bulky items||20,- €|
|For any other item the charge will be||5,- €|

The Hamburg Welcome Center is responsible for items found in the entire airport premises, with the exception of taxis, the S-Bahn (metro railway) station, buses and aircraft.
Valid identification (with photo) is required to collect an item from lost property.
If a third party is collecting the item, the Hamburg Welcome Center requires a letter of authorisation by fax, post or email as well as a copy of the owners valid identification.
